Are you an Owner or Hosting Business of an Air BnB property located in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley or
surrounding Arizona areas?
At Eco Eli's Green Cleaning we specialize in providing vacation rental cleaning for all privately hosted and web based platforms such as Air BnB, VRBO and many more.
Our dedicated team of cleaning professionals use only eco-friendly products that are not only safe but just as effective as harsh cleaning agents. We guarantee that your property is guest ready and impeccably clean after every reservation. Adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and sanitation.
5 Star Cleaning Standard
Our experts manage their cleaning like a 5 Star Resort. Insuring that your property is completely clean after each guest has left. We understand that guests expect the highest level of cleanliness.
Structured Cleaning Processes
We clean from left to right and from top to bottom, repeating this process in every room. Our approach involves a comprehensive checklist which focuses on disinfecting all points of contact and ending with a visual inspection of those hard to reach places where debris and small trash like to hide.
Post-Stay Inspection
We perform a visual inspection first thing upon arrival to your property. We are aware that some platforms require prompt reporting of guest damages in order for the host to file a claim. We take photos and provide thorough details.
We report any maintenance issues that are pending or have come up during the guests stay that may have gone unreported. All cleaners are well trained on completing a cleaning checklist including taking photographs as proof of a complete and thorough cleaning. We recognize that maintaining a vacation rental goes beyond standard cleaning. It requires meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive procedures to ensure the cleanliness and safety of your guests. We believe it requires a team to operate a vacation rental home, not individual vendors. Eco Eli's is a team player.
Inventory Stocking and Reporting
We make sure that the house keepers closets are inventoried and stocked with all linens and supplies nessessary to insure there are no interuptions in providing every guest with basic essentials. This results in less complaints, better reviews and higher ratings. Lets make superhost together!
